Stop waiting to get it together before you come to Christ.
You keep telling yourself: “Once I clean up this habit… once I fix this relationship… once I get my mind right… THEN I’ll go to church. THEN I’ll get serious about God.”
Here’s the truth nobody told you — you’ll never arrive. None of us did.
The pastor is working on something.
The worship leader is working on something.
The person who greeted you at the door is working on something.
We are not a museum of finished people. We are a hospital for people still healing.
Church was never meant to be the reward for getting it together. It’s the place you come TO get it together — together.
So come as you are. Not as you’ll be in six months. Not as you were before it fell apart. As you are, right now, today.
Grace doesn’t wait for clean. Grace meets you in the mess and works from there.
